Returns & Refunds
Unwanted, unsuitable, or faulty goods can be returned, and we aim to make the process as simple as possible. Please read the guidance below so we can deal with your return quickly.
Unwanted or unsuitable goods
You may return unwanted or unsuitable goods within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Before returning anything, please contact us at support@hamper.ie to receive a Product Return Code. This code allows us to track your return — include it with the item, and please use a delivery service with tracking so your parcel can be traced in transit.
Items that can't be returned
In accordance with the EU Directive on Distance Selling, perishable goods (including food hamper items) and personalised or customised goods made to your specification may not be returned.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are also unable to exchange or refund certain items.
Faulty goods
If goods are faulty, you may return them within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a refund or replacement.
Please contact us first at support@hamper.ie for a Product Return Code so your return can be tracked.
Your statutory rights
This policy is in accordance with the EU Directive on Distance Selling and does not affect your statutory rights.
