1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Hamper.ie website and the purchase of any products through it. In these terms, “The Company” means Bright Gift Ideas Ltd, which trades as Hamper.ie.

By using this site you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the website.

2. Pricing

All prices shown on the website are in Euro and include VAT where applicable. The Company reserves the right to revise its prices from time to time to reflect changes in costs. Any such change will not affect orders we have already accepted.

3. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express online. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, and we do not store your card details on our servers.

Goods are dispatched once payment has been received in full. All goods remain the property of The Company until they have been paid for in full.

4. Hamper contents

We make every effort to ensure that each hamper matches its description. However, if a particular item is unavailable at the time your order is prepared, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.

5. Photographs

Product photographs are for illustrative purposes. Minor differences between the image shown and the hamper you receive are possible, for example due to changes in packaging or seasonal availability.

6. Unavailable products

If a product you have ordered is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will then be able to wait until the item is back in stock, choose an alternative, or receive a full refund.

7. Shipping

We deliver by DPD. Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) are estimated for delivery the next business day. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

If your hamper arrives damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs, so that we can put things right.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is accurate and complete, including the Eircode and a contact phone number for the recipient. A signature may be required on delivery, and if no one is available to receive the hamper a calling card may be left. Goods are deemed delivered once they have been received at the delivery address.

8. Personalised content

Where you add a greeting message or other personalised content to an order, you are responsible for that content. We reserve the right to reject any content we consider inappropriate or offensive and to issue a refund in such cases.

9. Returns & refunds

Our returns and refunds arrangements are set out in our Returns Policy. These arrangements are provided in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive and do not affect your statutory rights.

10. Alcohol products

Some of our hampers contain alcohol. No person under the age of 18 may order any product containing alcohol. By ordering such a product, you confirm that both you and the recipient are aged 18 or over.

11. Copyright

All materials on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, are the property of The Company or its licensors. They may not be reused, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written permission.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Ireland.
